Telishia Berry (Founder & Editor-n-Chief) – Telishia is an advertising copywriter who is passionate about the arts and creative writing. She has worked in front and behind the scenes with several theatrical productions and directed a youth drama troupe. She also spent several years as a stage mom to her son, actor Kendre’s Berry who has played several roles in movies and television including, “Jabari” Girlfriends, and “Durell” Six Feet Under. Telishia has written and produced three musical stage plays that received great reviews and awards. She is currently shopping her faith-based screenplay and a novel. She studied marketing and advertising, but completing her BA in Journalism and Mass communications. Her goal with CW Magazine is to build a strong publication that inspires and encourages women to strive to fulfill their ambitions, dreams, and goals no matter how unlikely it may seem to others.
Janie Franz (Senior Editor) – Janie comes from a long line of liars and storytellers with roots deep in east Tennessee. Honed by the frigid Northern Plains and a degree in anthropology, she has written thousands of feature and cover articles over a vast range of topics for more than a hundred regional, national, and international publications.
She has five novels published with two different publishers, co-wrote two wedding how-two books with Texas wedding DJ Bill Cox, and self-published a writing manual, Freelance Writing: It’s a Business, Stupid! She runs her own online music publication, Refrain Magazine (www.refrainmagazine.com), is a book and music reviewer, and was a radio announcer, a booking agent/publicist for a groove/funk band, and a yoga/relaxation instructor.
Her latest book, Sugar Magnolia, is a contemporary romance about the music industry and can be found at Muse It Up Publishing.
Sierra Aileen Kelly (Writer) – Sierra is a 28-year-old mom who inspires and encourages others. She has a Bachelors in Arts degree from the University of South Carolina where she majored in English, with a concentration in Public Relations and Advertising. She is currently pursuing her second bachelors degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from Ashford University.
Mandi Renfroe (Writer) – Mandi is 22 years old and has traveled the world with her husband and daughter. She has lived in Korea, Texas and now finally living back home in California. She graduated from Allied University and is working on her first novel.

Arali (Writer/Beauty Director) – Arali Melendez currently works in marketing and spends most of her free time photographing weddings, fashion and more. Arali has a B.A. in Communications with a concentration in Journalism and loves to write about influential topics.
Debbie Dennis (Editorial Assistant) – Debbie Dennis 29, Graduated from Cerritos College with an A.A. Degree in Journalism who now attends California Baptist University working on a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relation with a minor in Journalism. My Future goals is to have my own Bilingual Radio and Magazine Production Company. I am passionate about my Faith in God, Family, Friends, Latin Music. I am very found of Two styles of music which are Tejano and Cumbias and that Minneapolis Sounds, Writing,
