REQUIREMENTS

What types of vendors will be exhibiting?
We will be accepting items, including, visual art, fashions, jewelry, bath and body care, home decor, housewares, specialty packaged food and more.

ALL VENDOR MUST DONATE ONE ITEM FOR THE RAFFLE (Valued at $10 or more)

No vintage or resale items will be permitted.

Set up Details:

  • Vendors can arrive 2 hours before the event to set up.
  • All participating vendors MUST remain set up for the entire duration of the event
  • There are limited spaces with electricity. Please let us know if your booth will need electricity
  • There is absolutely NO DRIVING up to the door or lawn

Get discounted advertising in Courageous Woman Magazine with a vendor table. 5,000 complimentary copies will be printed and distributed in Los Angeles and online. Copies will be available at the event.  There are indoor and outdoor vendor spaces.

ACCEPTANCE POLICIES

When will I know if I am accepted?

You will be notified via email regarding your application. Please mark Thecwmagazine@yahoo.com in your safe sender list. Gmail users: check your “promotional folder” as well as your spam folder for filtered messages from us.

Waitlist Applications: These applications will be notified only if a spot opens up for you.

How do I submit my booth payment?

Booth fees are not due until you are officially accepted into the fair. You can make payment by PayPal.

A payment link will be provided to you upon approval

After you’ve been selected, you will have approximately 72 hours to return a signed copy of our Agreement, along with your booth payment to hold your space at the event. If either of these is not received within that time frame, your space may be forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS

Refunds will be considered until 3 weeks prior to the event. If you need to cancel your attendance within 3 weeks of the fair, no refunds will be made. Fees will not be refunded due to poor weather conditions.
