What Does “Mind, Body, Spirit” Mean?

According to a post on Autumndamask.com Mind, Body, Spirit means that our well-being comes from not just physical health, but from mental health and spiritual health as well. To be “healthy”, we must pay attention to all three aspects of our nature…mind, body and spirit.

Elizabeth describes 3 Keys to transforming Your mind, body and spirit.

1. Set a goal: Make a realistic goal that has a timeline. For example, “I want to lose eight pounds in a month.” (Realistic)“I want to lose 30 pounds in a month.” (Not realistic)

2. Make a plan: Once you have a clear and concise goal, you now have to write out a plan. Example: “I will work out three times a week. (Set time out in your calendar for your workouts.) I will lose two pounds a week to hit my eight pound goal (weigh yourself weekly).

3. Work your plan: You have created a plan–now you have to move. This is the action part of your plan.
