Absolutely! You may bring multiple outfits and change as many times as you like within your scheduled session. We recommend having your outfits organized and ready so you can make the most of your photography experience. Remember, wardrobe changes are included in your allotted session time.
Professional hair and makeup services are not included in either package. Please arrive camera-ready with your hair and makeup completed.
Yes! Your professionally edited images are perfect for personal branding, websites, social media, speaking engagements, promotional materials, and more. Specialized commercial usage may require additional permission.
The Signature Experience includes 3 professionally edited, high-resolution images. The Premier Experience includes 5 professionally edited, high-resolution images.
Yes! Additional professionally edited images may be available for purchase. Pricing and details will be provided separately.
Yes! You will receive all the photos taken during your scheduled session in their original, unedited format. Your package also includes professionally edited, high-resolution images: 3 with the Signature Experience and 5 with the Premier Experience. Additional professional edits may be purchased separately.
Every participant will receive a social media spotlight through Courageous Woman Magazine’s platforms. Print or online editorial magazine features are not included unless separately arranged.
You’ll have the opportunity to answer our signature question, “What is your definition of a courageous woman?” on camera. Selected interview footage will be shared through Courageous Woman Magazine’s social media platforms.
The event will be held at a professional photography studio in Downtown Los Angeles, California. The exact studio address and arrival instructions will be provided to confirmed participants.
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The Signature Experience requires $125, and the Premier Experience requires $225. Your deposit is applied toward your total package price.
The remaining balance must be paid before your scheduled photography session. Payment instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.
Yes! Available time slots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Your appointment is confirmed after your deposit and registration have been received.
Because this is a one-day event with scheduled appointments, late arrivals may result in reduced photography time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
Please review the cancellation and rescheduling policy before booking. Because appointments are limited, advance notice is required for schedule changes.
Delivery timelines for your photos, professionally edited images, and promotional video content will be provided with your booking confirmation.
