DeAndrea Fleming is the CEO/ Founder of Mark of Resilience an educational coaching and consulting company. She is a Certified Resilience and Business Coach, Speaker, and Consulting Edupreneur devoted to helping women and girls (ages 9 and up), thrive through life’s pressures and transitions. She inspires clients to DREAM BIGGER and ACHIEVE MORE in spite of the ACTS of life (Adversity, Challenges, Trauma, Stress) they might face.
DeAndrea never succumbed to society just to make it; she went through the struggle for the purpose of helping others.
As a 9 year breast cancer survivor, she imagined death around her every day as the stench of failure lurked over her head, but intuitively she knew there was purpose in her pain. She now motivates others to live with intention and purpose because life is about the choices we make, overcoming the circumstances, and getting to know and love our authentic selves.
DeAndrea is a mom of 2, serves as an elected official and has over 22 years in the educational industry.
