Courageous Woman Magazine Launches New Mental Health Awareness Series
Mental health conversations are more important now than ever before. From burnout and anxiety to healing, self-worth, trauma, emotional wellness, and self-care, many individuals are searching for guidance, support, and safe conversations that inspire healing and hope.
To help bring awareness and expert insight to this important topic, Courageous Woman Magazine is launching a brand-new editorial and live discussion series titled Mental Health Matters.
This new series will spotlight trusted mental health professionals, therapists, counselors, wellness coaches, social workers, psychologists, and advocates who are helping individuals and communities heal, grow, and thrive.
To kick off the series, we are selecting six mental health professionals to participate in our inaugural feature and live discussion.
Selected Participants Will Receive:
• A featured spotlight in the upcoming print and digital edition of Courageous Woman Magazine
• Participation in a live discussion on Courageous Woman Magazine Live on Sunday, May 31, at 6 PM EST. You will have an individual interview and be part of a panel.
• A custom promotional flyer to help increase visibility and promote their brand
• Exposure across our media and social media platforms
• An opportunity to share their expertise, encouragement, and professional insight with our audience
Submission Guidelines
Participants may either create their own mental health question and answer or select from our provided list of thought-provoking discussion questions.
Responses should be approximately 50–75 words maximum for layout purposes.
Professionals interested in increasing their visibility are also invited to submit an expanded article to be featured on CourageousWomanMag.com, as we are currently adding a dedicated Mental Health section to our homepage.
Participation Fee
There is a $75 promotional and administrative fee that helps cover podcast production, magazine layout design, promotional flyers, website posting, and project coordination.
We are honored to create space for meaningful conversations surrounding healing, emotional wellness, and mental health awareness.
