What motivated this topic?

There are 33.3 million small businesses in the U.S, yet many business owner are not maximizing are not educated on the numerous tactics for reducing their tax bill.

 

While businesses are closing doors, you are helping Small Businesses Create Revenue Generating Plans – explain.

 

Yes, 80% of a CEO’s time should be spent working on the businesses’ revenue-generating activities. But that doesn’t mean being directly involved in these activities. However, as the  business owner, you should be involved in creating a revenue plan for your business.

 

I assist small business owners in creating such a plan.  In making this plan, she advises them to start by accurately forecasting their business future. I also recommend understanding your revenue-generating activities. How much money would you want your business to generate in a month? What more activities can you undertake to achieve this revenue target?

Here are some of the revenues generating activities you can engage in:

 

o   Sending Direct Emails To Your Prospects – Try sending at least 25 emails in a day. It is a resourceful way of creating brand awareness for your products or services.

 

o   Strategic Networking – Try targeting platforms where there is a large number of your target clients, for example, LinkedIn.

 

o   Referral Marketing – Ask your contact or current customer if they know someone else who would require your services or products. Request them to refer you to such clients.

 

o   Teleseminars – Search for teleseminars where your target clients are members. Join the rooms and find an opportunity to pitch yourself to them.

 

o   Plan Sales Conversations/Presentations – Participate in platforms that allow you to conduct a presentation. For example, free training on matters associated with your industry. Grab the opportunity to end the presentation with a call to action.

 

o   Checking With Previous Clients – Do your clients know all the services or products you offer? There is so much revenue to be generated through customer follow-ups.
