Shaletha Sanders is an entrepreneur, global motivational speaker and preacher, author plus two, former Trinity Broadcast Network Host, member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., a mentor, and a life coach. She is a wife, mother, and leading Lady of Faith Empowerment Center. She loves empowering women to fulfill their purpose in life. Her motto is “Never let anyone dull you shine.”
JMJ Cosmetics was established during the pandemic in 2021 and Get Up and Win Holistic Wellness International Encounter was birthed in 2022. These two projects were birthed for women to love themselves through cosmetics and to empower women to chase after their dreams and not allow anything or anyone to slow them down.
Seeing women empowered is the most rewarding experience. I enjoy motivating, empowering, and inspiring women to reach their fullest potential in life. I believe no woman needs to suffer in silence with an undercurrent of sadness and stress. We only get one life and we should not allow our greatest fears to haunt us day and night. Walking in freedom with the help of God shifts our paradigm, so that we will transition from hurting to healing. I encourage you to Get Up and Win!
What keeps me motivated is setting goals and crushing them. Seeing progress is a great motivator in itself. This also improves self-esteem. Success is like gasoline in a car, it keeps it operable. When I am mentoring and coaching, I get joy seeing women achieving small wins while taking baby steps to reach their destiny.
One of my least favorite moment in business is working long hours. Under these conditions, I have missed out on some important events. Listen, I had to learn time management skills and prioritize my schedule, so I had time available for myself and family. It’s Time For An Upgrade and Shine Like A Masterpiece are two books I was blessed to write. It’s Time For An Upgrade is a manuscript of my secrets of how I lost over 100 pounds in 4 ½ months without any surgeries or supplements. Shine Like A Masterpiece encourages women to maximize their God-given talents and abilities. I want to encourage you to that this is your season to Shine!
Your life is not yours. If you are always worrying about what others think. Be true to yourself! I know life seems challenging, but God is stretching you to another level. He is preparing you for greater. Always practice self-care! Self-care is essential to your spiritual, physical, and mental well-being. Shine Like A Masterpiece. Mental health conditions have affected our world. With that being said, what’s next for Shaletha Sanders is for her to open her own private practice in counseling.
