Keep God First
You will have to make your relationship with God a top priority in order to serve Him and His people well.
Know and Understand Your Call
Knowing and understanding your call will keep you focused and help you eliminate other things you may be good at but are not called to do. Every good thing is not a God thing!
Your Purpose Is Not Limited
Your purpose is not limited to the four walls of your church. Ministry starts in your home first! When you know and understand your call, you can execute your purpose anywhere.
Use Your Discernment
When God gives opportunities to fulfill your purpose outside the church, use discernment to know when, how, and where to act. Allow God to lead and fill your mouth with the right words at the right time—it can make the difference between drawing people to Him or turning them away.
Operate in Excellence
People are always watching. It’s important not only to speak with excellence but also to live and move with a spirit of excellence.
Show Up Great®
Our ancestors fought, bled, sacrificed, and died so that we can live better, do better, and be better. We must not squander what they worked hard to give us. For me, my grandmother’s success was a matter of survival; my success is a matter of choice! I am clear that I am because she was—period!
