Jodeci (/ˈdəsi/ JOH-də-see) is an American R&B quartet consisting of members DeVanté SwingMr. DalvinK-Ci, and JoJo. Formed in 1989 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Jodeci’s members began their musical careers as two duos of brothers and, after years of limited success, joined forces. Boyz II Men (pronounced boys to men), also known as B2M, is an American vocal harmony group from PhiladelphiaPennsylvania, best known for emotional ballads and a cappella harmonies. They are currently a trio composed of baritone Nathan Morris alongside tenors Wanya Morris and Shawn Stockman. During the 1990s, Boyz II Men found fame on Motown Records as a quartet, including bass Michael McCary, who left the group in 2003 due to health issues which were eventually diagnosed as multiple sclerosis.[2]

During the 1990s, Boyz II Men gained international success. Keith Sweat (born July 22, 1961) is an American singer, songwriter, record producer, and an early figure in the new jack swing musical movement. He is known for his collection of hits including “I Want Her“, “Make It Last Forever“, “I’ll Give All My Love to You“, “Make You Sweat“, “Get Up on It“, “Twisted” and “Nobody“. He has released 13 solo albums (2 as a part of the R&B supergroup LSG) and discovered the groups Silk and Kut Klose.

Shanice Lorraine Wilson-Knox[1] (née Wilson; born May 14, 1973) is an American singer-songwriter, actress and dancer. Shanice had the Billboard hit singles “I Love Your Smile” and “Silent Prayer” in 1991 and “Saving Forever for You” in 1993. In 1999, Shanice scored another hit song, “When I Close My Eyes“, which peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Shanice is recognized for her coloratura soprano voice and her ability to sing in the whistle register.

In 1987, at the age of 14, A&M Records released her debut album, Discovery. It produced two top-ten R&B hits, “(Baby Tell Me) Can You Dance” and “No ½ Steppin'”.[3][4] Shanice went on to sign a deal with Motown Records in the summer of 1990, releasing Inner Child in late 1991, which included her best-known hit single “I Love Your Smile“. It reached the top ten in 22 countries, including the U.S. Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100.[4] The album also featured a cover of Minnie Riperton‘s 1974 hit “Lovin’ You“, a rendition that brought attention to her three-and-a-half octave vocal range.
